If this is the first time you have seen this error, restart the Anonymizer Universal program.<\/p>\n

- Exit the application by right-clicking on the Anonymizer icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen (by the clock) and left-click \u201cExit\u201d<\/li>\n
- Restart Anonymizer Universal by double-clicking on the \u201cAnonymizer Universal\u201d icon on the desktop or by going to \u201cStart\/ Windows icon\u201d -> \u201cAll Programs\u201d -> \u201cAnonymizer\u201d-> \u201cAnonymizer Universal\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n
\n Step 2<\/h1>\n
If you continue to receive this error, please ensure that your Firewall is set up to \u201cAllow\u201d a connections to all Anonymizer programs and servers.<\/p>\n

- To do this, you may need to add \u201cgreenlight.fsqsvctj.shop\u201d as a trusted network in your firewall configuration and any intrusion prevention program.<\/li>\n
- In addition, \u201cAnonymizer Universal\u201d and \u201cAnonOpenVPN\u201d must be added as allowed programs within the \u201cProgram Control\u201d or \u201cApplications\u201d section of your Internet Security Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n
