Resolution(s):<\/strong> The unencrypted mail port 25 is blocked to prevent abuse by spammers.<\/section>\n
Please Note:<\/strong> If you have an email address set up to use port 25 to send outgoing messages, please contact your mail administrator to use an alternate port. Typically, email providers prefer certain ports including 587 and 465. These ports generally require authentication. You may need to change your outgoing mail server to require authentication. To check if your outgoing server (SMTP) is using port 25, please follow these steps.<\/p>\n
