We have provided the configuration for a common Linksys router below as an example of the needed settings.<\/p>\n<h5>Step 1<\/h5>\n<p>Enable VPN Passthrough.<\/p>\n<h5>Step 2<\/h5>\n<p>Enable L2TP\/IPSec connections.<\/p>\n<h5>Step 3<\/h5>\n<p>Allow incoming and outgoing UDP traffic on ports 500\u201a 4500\u201a 1701\u201a and 1702.<\/p>\n<p>If you are using a Linksys router\u201a you will likely need to add additional configurations to the router settings to allow VPN traffic. To access your router settings\u201a you will need to enter the router IP address directly into the URL (Web address) field of your browser. This IP can vary\u201a but most Linksys routers use 192.168.1.1<\/p>\n<p>Next\u201a you will be prompted for your username and password. For most people\u201a this will be the default username and password. This information can be found in your router\u2019s user manual.<\/p>\n<p>Once logged in\u201a select <strong>\u201cSecurity\u201d<\/strong> in the black bar across the top. Under Security\u201a select <strong>\u201cVPN.\u201d<\/strong>  Please ensure that everything on this screen is selected for <strong>\u201cEnable.\u201d<\/strong> If you make any changes\u201a be sure to click <strong>\u201cSave Settings.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then, select <strong>\u201cApplications &#038;
