Resolution(s): These errors refer to the Anonymizer Universal Service, AnonUniversalSvc. This service is required to be running for Anonymizer Universal to function. Please follow these steps to ensure the Anonymizer Universal Service is properly enabled.

Click on the “Start/ Windows icon” and open the “Control Panel.”
// Step 2
Open “Administrative Tools.”
// Step 3
Open “Services.”
// Step 4
Double-click on “Anonymizer Universal Service.”

On the “General” tab, change to the settings below and click OK.
“Startup type: Automatic”
“Service status: Started”

If any service setting was changed, restart the computer and then connect to Anonymizer Universal.
